(Day 11) With the terrain below us moving strangely, our attention was drawn away from the enemy that awaited us up the hill.

With aimed precision, the lizardfolk that have gathered from each our corners aimed their javelins at us. Their first target being Arden, who took a rough hit. In these times of uncertainty, the rabbitfolk reached for a potion to rely on the secure workings of the medicine. To our sides, more enemies made their appearance, and among them, an unusual one emerged. Decorated with many jewelries and cloth that matches the appearance of a shaman or druid.

The ground that was previously moving unusually, grew large vines with thorns attached, that cornered us into the tight space in which we stood. Each move would be a certain hit. Some of us have no ability to protect themselves from a distance, unfortunately, I am among their numbers. Shago was the first to move away from the location, followed by myself and Taban, while Gat, ArdenSmuck and Jasper made an attempt to keep the attacks coming to keep them at bay. Enough of their successful hits put us to an advantage while the three of us got within reach. When everything seemed to work in our favor, the shaman removed the field of thorns, not by our distractive attempts, but to prioritize a new strategy.

The chanting and motioning of their staff formed two, yet unknown creatures to appear next to the enemy. Over time, these revealed themselves to be large brown bears. A threat, not a doubt, yet they are none, but summoned creatures built by magic. My aim remained with the spellcaster. Though that one, too, began to shift shape. Gaining in height and width when suddenly, a large crocodile became our opponent instead.

Rather intimidating from up close.

I reached toward my amulet to channel the powers of Torm within me, and request for guidance to protect my companions. Even when standing close to two, highly capable men like Taban and Shago. I mustn't die. I may not, and I cannot yet rest. It is an honor to fight by their side, but it is our mission that we must complete.

With my aura fueled by Torm's blessing, my blade guided me to bring an end to the offense. Our combined strikes landed on the shaman alone, who lost concentration on the spell, that caused the bears to vanish into nothingness. Soon to be followed by the crocodile itself, with a loud thud it falls by the powerful strikes of Taban.

With our combined effort, the light of Gat's bolt, the fire of Smuck's unusual fire casting object the enemy fell to its knees in the previous shape. The battle is over. We are safe, as destined to be.

Good work, everyone! It is an honor to stand by your side! May we fight many more battles together.
